Hotel Adonis Athens

We very much enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent and the staff was extremely helpful with directions and with booking tours outside of Athens. All of the staff spoke English. The breakfast on the terrace with a view of the Acropolis was good. The small elevator seemed to run very quickly, which we appreciated since we were on the third floor. We were very pleased with the location and the friendliness of the staff and would not hesitate to stay here again.

WiFi does not work on the upper floors. Had to go to lobby to get reception. The shower was very small and difficult to use.

The location is very convenient, close to everything. Modern, not big, but cozy rooms. Very clean and cleaned every day. 24-hour reception, elevator. Room overlooking the Acropolis, separate thanks.)

I'd like a more varied breakfast.

For a comfortable time, request a room with a better view before your arrival, as some rooms can be quite limiting.

Close to public transport; bus X95 from the airport.

The room was clean, but the bathroom was cramped.

Fairly clean, amazing value hotel, its location was best possible and peaceful and short walk to the centre of all the the sightseeing in Athens, the Plaka, shops and sights, and Syntagma for easy connection to airport and so on. The room was well decorated and brand-new, there were central heating, television and a seating area. Our stay was a really good experience.

Nice acropolis view from breakfast place. Easy access to historical/ shopping places. The service persons were very kind.

Shower booth was incredibly small. Bathroom was not kept very clean. We found some hairs inside.

The location in the center of Athens is great. The hotel is located in one of the nice areas of the center of Athens; Plaka. Personel is friendly, rooms are clean and the breakfast is being served on the top floor of the hotel with a view on the Akropolis.

The room functional and brand-new, bed comfy.

The pros are: vicinity to the central square from where easy transport to Airport. Our room had a view on the Acropolis

Clore (Cl) in watter for Coffe / Tea at breakfast made them undrikable.

The location and price was why we stayed here and they had a roof top bar with a view of the acropolis

Their is no sound proofing in the room so do not expect any sleep, the bed was harder then any other beds we slept on in Greece. And when you shower it flooded the room and toilet which was pretty much in the shower. Trying to go to the toilet you had to get behind the basin and rest your chin on it - would never go there again and think they need to do a lot more to charge what they do.

In a brilliant location for visiting the Acropolis and the other main classical history sites in Athens. Situated in a quiet pedestrianised street, close to restaurants and shops. The 5th floor breakfast bar has superb views of the Acropolis and the breakfasts were good. Friendly staff.
